FAQs

What types of supplies do you have?

Our supplies are largely donations based so what we have in stock changes hourly. We almost always have household supplies and meal kits available. Other types of items we often have in stock include fresh fruit & vegetables, bread, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, first aid supplies, diapers, wipes, & toiletries.

How does pick-up work?

We are open for pick-up on Mondays from 12 to 2 PM and Thursdays between 5 PM and 7 PM. When you arrive, please pull into the church parking lot and wait in your car with your mask on. A volunteer will come out to your car to take your order. If you are walking, please wait in the All Souls Hallway area inside the building.

Currently, we are giving 1 supply kit per family with assorted food, household, and personal care items. Other items such as diapers are usually available on request.

Do you have translation services?

As of Fall 2020, we are able to provide on-site Spanish translation services for most distribution days. We are currently looking to hire on-site Somali translators. If you or someone you know is interested in providing this service, please contact us!

Who can receive supplies?

Anyone! CANMN distributes food and supplies to anyone who needs them. We do not require identification or membership and you can pick-up supplies on both Monday & Wednesday. Due to the high need, we can only allow one pick-up per family and one person cannot pick-up for multiple families.

How long will I have to wait to receive my supplies?

If you are picking up, there may be a 15-30 minute wait depending on the number of cars in line. For delivery, plan to be at home and available for 1.5-2 hours to account for travel and traffic.

I have ideas for how you can better support the community. Can I share my ideas?

YES! We love to hear from community members about how we can better support them and meet their needs whether that be by having more of certain items, buying more culturally appropriate foods and supplies, or just making the pick-up process smoother!
